CANCELLATION
If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to canceled, changed, modified the order. Please confirm your order before placing it.
However, if you made a mistake, please email info@dozoopets.com within 24 hours with your order number and request to cancel.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Sorry, for the health of the pets, we do not accept returns and refunds for changes of mind after the items have been shipped.
- To protect the health of the pets, we advocate minimizing exchanges as much as possible.We kindly request that customers to carefully check size charts and product specifications before purchasing. However, if things just didn't work out, we understand. We offer to exchange sizes once within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. We will accept returns for manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery. For any other concerns that significantly differ from the product description, please reach out within this period.
- Returned items must be in its original condition and have tags.
- Returned items must be in its original packaging.
- Returned items must show no signs of wear or use.
- Clearance items and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- The cost of return and exchanges shipping is the customer's responsibility, excepted products manufacturing defects.
- Free gifts are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Return process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@dozoopets.com. Providing your order information and a brief explanation of the reason for return. When requesting an exchange, kindly provide the style, size, and color of the new item you wish to receive. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Please note:
If the product is sold out, we will send you an email to inform you and discuss the shipping time with you.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition.
REFUNDS
Once your package reaches us, please allow 5 business days for the processing of your return. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be returned to you at your own expense.
Upon acceptance of your return, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. If the refund is returned to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to process the refund into your account.
